About 30 large businesses and the Ministry of Equality signed an agreement aiming to achieve, on a voluntary basis, up to 20% of women in their decision-making structures in the next 4 years.
More than 30 companies – a dozen of which are on the Madrid stock market (Ibex 35) – voluntarily signed, on January 21, a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Equality, aiming to improve female involvement in executive positions. This is a pioneer initiative since it’s the first time private companies signed a commitment with the government to have more female managers by imposing concrete figures.
