On June 13, the FeS-UGT and CCOO unions and the FEIGRAF, FGEE and AFCO employers’ organizations signed the 23rd collective agreement for the graphic arts industry. It will cover about 150,000 workers in graphic arts, paper and cardboard handling, publishing and auxiliary industries. (Ref. 130411)
Here are the key points of the agreement for 2013-2014:
- The agreement will continue for 18 months after the official termination of the collective agreement to make it easier to negotiate the next one.
- Ailing businesses may sign company agreements to avoid applying the wage increases planned in the pay scales to keep them from permanently leaving the collective agreement.
- The 2011 pay scales are maintained – no raise.
