The 2013 report of the Observatory of equality programs and measures in collective negotiations, published by the UGT union, points out that policies in favor of equality have been slowing down in collective negotiations. The union says this is due to the crisis and, most importantly, to the changes introduced by the 2012 labor law reform, which made collective bargaining weaker.
