On January 22, the Parliament approved a series of employment measures adopted by the Council of Ministers in the form of a decree-law on December 20, 2013. They aim to boost part-time as the “transition to access stable employment,” with a more flexible contract offering more guarantees, according to the Minister of Labor, Fatima Bañez.
