The industry branch of the CCOO (Workers’ Commissions) and the industry/construction branch of the UGT (General Union of Workers) reached a pre-agreement with the Feique (Federation of Spanish Chemical Industries) on the 19th general agreement for the chemicals industry, it was announced on 20 June. The text of the deal still needs to be approved by the leadership of the respective bodies. If approved, it will be binding for a three-year period (2018-2020) and will cover parts of the chemicals,
