While the “Corporate and Human Rights Plan” is being prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, some NGOs consulted during its formulation are worried about the text’s structure. They point out that their observations are barely taken into consideration and that, in practice, the Plan will be ineffective, even though it is designed to monitor the good CSR practices of Spanish businesses abroad.
