On 8 October, the Spanish government passed the royal decree establishing a series of specific measures to guarantee equal treatment and non-discrimination for LGTBI people at work. The text activates regulations to guarantee the on-the-ground application of the "Law for the real and effective equality of trans people and for the guarantee of LGTBI rights", known as the "Trans Law".
