g, the chemistry branch of the Repsol oiler obtained satisfaction. In November 2008, a Supreme Court ruling overrules the case law. Beforehand, unions were supported in similar cases, and the wage scale established at Repsol Butano et Repsol YPF, two other branches of the group (see our dispatch No. 080406), were cancelled. This time, it ruled that the double scale was valid because it is understandable via the history of the company. (Ref. 090270)
