The Council of Ministers gave the green light to a series of measures that will drive forward Spain’s active employment policies as part of the “Employment activation policy 2014-2016”, itself developed in collaboration with the regions whose funding will depend on the efficiency of their ability to get the unemployed back to work.
On September 5,2014 the government approved the reform to the public employment services. Named “Employment activation policy 2014-2016”, the new plan was prepared in coordination with the autonomous communities active and competent in the field of employment policy.
