It is the starting point where political groups can possibly debate to obtain the biggest consensus for the vote in Parliament. The aim is to complete the vote of the decree by the Council of Ministers on Wednesday, June 16th to arrive to the Council of Ministers on June 17-18 with the final text of the reform.
