Suez: interview with Muriel Morin, manager of indusrial relations at Suez group

The French group Suez concluded three transnational agreements, on financial involvement (dispatch n°070625,) equality and diversity (see our dispatch n°070615,) and Employment and expertise plan (n°070609). These agreements come within the range of a "social dynamic" which Muriel Morin, manager of the Suez group's industrial relations and president of the international social observatory, is presenting to us.   • Which context prevailed at the conclusion of these three agreements?

These agreements are in keeping with a history which started 12 years ago with the creation, in 1995, in a logic of constructive social dialogue, of the European Consultative Committee (Suez’s EWC). Since then, we built, one rock at a time, from the 1997 International social charter to the three agreements signed on July 3, a structuring edifice for the group’s social policy and able to follow its evolutions.
