After 7 months bargaining, an agreement was finally reached for the 60,000 agency workers on October 17. signed between LO (landsorganisationen, the Swedish Trade Union Confederation) and Almega Bemanningsföretagen, the association of temporary work agencies, this agreement is presented as one of the most innovative agreements signed since 2000 because, for the first time, it gives workers hourly wages between two assignments.
