wage increase, the new agreement signed on March 24 between the SEF union (Svenska Elektrikerförbundet) and the EFA energy employers’ organization (Energiföretagens Arbetsgivareförening) makes progress on the management of overtime. It notable settles the question of “emergency” hours in a way that satisfies employees, who often used to feel like they were working too long hours, which could be detrimental to security.
