The Commission gives a description of the questions raised by the implementation of the directive on workers’ posting
Ever since the very controversial "services" directive, several initiatives were launched to examine the application of directive 96/71 on workers' posting, within the framework of the transnational delivery of services. On 4 April, the day when orientations intended to improve the application of this directive were given, the Commission adopted a report on its implementation, which lists all the difficulties, especially legal, that it raises.
