The European Commission has passed, on 4 April, a communication note on the "workers' posting" directive. It asks States to better apply this Community text which was rediscovered during the discussions on the draft "services" directive. (Réf. 06326)
In this document, the commission gives “orientations” to the States, so that they take efficient measures in order to obtain “visible results” very shortly, given the current context. The Commission will proceed to an inspection within 12 months.
