On March 28, Safran and IndustriAll Europe signed the first European agreement on the professional integration of young people. - It’s the first European negotiation on the subject. How did the idea of integrating young people come up as a bargaining theme?

Actually, the idea was to negotiate a global approach for the anticipation of skills but, because of the founding nature of this agreement with Safran, we decided it was better to adopt a two-tier approach.
