Talks at a standstill. Negotiations for a collective agreement started just after the CWA entered the unit. However, “it is clear that T-Mobile is stalling so as not to reach a contract” said Candice Johnson, CWA communication. “The company has retained lawyers who specialize in ‘union avoidance.’” T-Mobile isn’t denying anything. “We are not able to provide a statement about T-Mobile and CWA” a spokesperson said.
