The United Steelworkers (USW) completed pay negotiations with Goodyear, the biggest tire maker in the US. The parties signed a 4-year contract that covers more than 8,000 workers in 6 plants – Buffalo (New York), Topeka (Kansas), Fayetteville (North Carolina), Danville (Virginia), Gadsden (Alabama) and Akron (Ohio).
