Anti-union ‘Right to Work’ legislation has once again come under scrutiny in Missouri State. Voters were called to approve or reject the law and handed a clear-cut win to the state’s trade unions.
At the beginning of August US trade unions struck a rare home run in Missouri. With a 64% majority the unions won the referendum that sought to do away with Right to Work legislation that was passed in 2017.
