Martin Walsh, the mayor of Boston and former union leader, is expected to become the US Secretary of Labor in the first administration of President-elect Joe Biden. If his appointment is approved by the US Senate, 53-year-old Walsh will have a busy road ahead of him, with the $15 minimum wage and the high rate of unemployment on his list of priorities.
