This is a first. From April 28 to May 1, almost 120 union representatives from all the sites of the German car manufacturer in the world, are going to take part in an "international union conference of employees of the Volkswagen group", in Wolfsburg, at VW's headquarters. The goal is to come up with a joint strategy to face the internationalization of the group and set up international union networks. (Ref. 080345)
