The management of the brake system manufacturer Wabco (7.700 employees) - former subsidiary of the American group Standards -signed, on October 1, 2008, an agreement on the establishment of a EWC. Wabco is one of the largest equipment manufacturers in the world for brake systems, suspensions and automatic transmissions for industrial vehicles. A former subsidiary of the American group American Standards, this company became autonomous in 2007. Wabco, which has its headquarters in Brussels, employs over 7.700 people in 31 countries throughout the world.
