C.E.O. Karen Katz (aged 60) will retire in February 2017 but remain on the Board. Katz worked at the high-end department stores since 1985 and was C.E.O. since 2010. Geoffroy van Raemdonck (aged 45) will succeed her. He previously worked for the creative team of L-Brands, spent 5 years at Louis Vuitton and recently headed Ralph Lauren’s E.M.E.A. business.
