Ahold-Delhaize to become the 4th largest U.S. grocery retailer.

The merger of Royal Ahold and Delhaize, completed in July 2016, creates the n°4 grocery retailer in the U.S.A after Wal-Mart, Kroger and Albertsons. This new giant will have to sell 86 stores, accounting for 3% of turnover, as specified by the Federal Trade Commission.
