The 21st edition of the “Global Powers of Retailing” survey from Deloitte showcases how the 250 largest retailers performed in 2016. U.S. firms, headed by Wal-Mart, remain the big gorillas. Amazon, ranked 186th in 2000, keeps gaining traction.
