In Singapore, 90% of fresh produce is imported. But the consequences of the sanitary crisis (supply chains disruption, border closures, etc.) drive local demand. In the North of Hong Kong, the market of a community farm has seen its sales double since February 2020, finding itself unable to meet the demand.
