In a summary on December 1st, Ikea- Canada said that e-commerce reached US$969 million, up by 161% in the fiscal year to August. It accounted for 37% of total sales of US$2.59 billion (+11.8%). This is 7 points above the Group’s global average.
In Canada, the number of online visits, both on the website and on the app, jumped 32% to 236 million. Distribution centres served 1.8 million orders last year (+63%). Every day, employees processed an average of 4,195 “click & collect” orders
