In late January 2017, the property division of Carrefour participated for the 2nd time at this fair, which gathers the home equipment and decoration sectors. Carmila’s purpose was to rent short-term locations in its malls, such as clearance stores, showrooms or pop-ups. Carmila was leasing spaces from 50 sq.m GLA to 3,000 sq.m GLA via short-term contracts varying between 4 and 36 months.
