According to Euromonitor, China will account for half of the world’s market of connected appliances this year, with 15 million units sold out of 30 million in total. The global market of connected appliances should grow by 3 digits in value in 2020 to reach 178 million units. To date, connected air-conditioners are leading this market, driving 30% of sales.
