Since late October 2024, Decathlon has been testing the Klaro solution with 1,000 staff in Northern France. The aim is to improve their purchasing power by simplifying access to social benefits. According to the start-up, each household misses out on an average of €1,300 in benefits per year. For Decathlon staff, the gain could be an average of €250 and even up to €2,000. If the pilot is successful, all 24,000 Decathlon’s staff in France could benefit as early as 2025.
