In the U.S.A, on January 15, 2025, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Illinois and Minnesota Attorneys General filed a lawsuit against the agricultural equipment retailer Deere & Co (annual sales to October 31, 2024 of US$11.14 billion, down 28% in a year).
