In Europe, the huge D.I.Y. and gardening markets (value of €400 billion) have two caracteristics : half of the sales are in B-2-B and they are untouched by digitalisation. This shows a high potential both for B-2-B and omnichannel revenue. However, the appetite within retailers to use relevant strategies varies widely. Whilst the Americans adopted such strategic shifts several years ago, some European players are slow to embrace change.
