In early March 2025, in South Korea, the Fair Trade Commission (FTC) imposed a fine of US$1.29 million on the golf equipment supplier and e-tailer Dunlop Sports for anti-competitive practices. Between 2020 and 2023, Dunlop Sports (brands: XXIO, Srixon and Cleveland) imposed fixed prices on resellers and prohibited them from trading with non-affiliated resellers. The group monitored these practices through in-store inspections, by disguising inspectors as a customer and by monitoring online...
