In 2022, the world's largest fashion Inditex retailer posted a profit of €4 billion, up by 27% on 2021. A net result that places the group above fast-fashion competitors.
Inditex, the parent company of Zara, Oysho, Stradivarius, etc., recorded a historic performance in the annual financial report on March 15, 2023. For the year 2022, net profit jumped 27% to €4.1 billion even as sales rose by 18% at constant rates, to €32.6 billion. Net margin amounted to 12.6% of turnover. The group has not revealed price increases during the 2022 financial year.
