For 30% of retailers, staff spend too much time managing returns

According to a survey of 500 fashion retailers in the U.S.A. and the U.K. by the R.F.I.D. specialist SML Group, a third of retailers say they spend too much time processing returns manually. This problem is exacerbated by current labour shortages.
