In late May 2017, Galeries Lafayette opened its first Turkish unit within the high-end mall Emaar Square in the Çamlıca district of Istanbul via a franchising agreement with the luxury retailer Demsa Group.Its sales area covers 9,300 sq.m on three storeys and houses 400 brands (men’s, women’s and children’s fashion, accessories, home and beauty).
