The construction of this centre, located at the south-east of the capital Tbilisi, will begin in the first quarter of 2021 with the opening of phase 1 (12,500 sq.m. GLA and 70 stores) scheduled for spring 2022. At this stage, 30% of the space is already leased. Developed by Georgian Outlets & Resort Group in collaboration with TORG (The Outlet Resource Group), this centre benefits from a catchment area of 1.4 million people from Tbilisi and a significant number of cross-border travellers from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Russia and Turkey. The centre is expecting more than 7 million visitors in the first 3 years. Pending the return of foreign tourists, outlet centres are now targeting a local clientele.
