Eager to pull shoppers away from e-commerce and return to buying in stores, Hennes & Mauritz installed sewing machines at the heart of its newly revamped Paris flagship in Rue Lafayette, covering 4,650 sq.m GLA on 6 floors. This permanent service offers repairs for clothing and personalised embroidery, selling sewing kits and laundry bags designed to keep banned plastic residues from entering water systems. This follows a successful test in Germany of the “take care” concept in April
