In Germany, Media Markt is testing a rental service of 500 home electrical items (smartphones, cameras, drones, gaming consoles, vacuum cleaners, etc.) in partnership with the Grover start-up. To use the service, consumers just have to sign a leasing contract with Grover at an agreed price per month, which includes insurance, free delivery and return plus a purchase option. Users can stop the rental service any time after 1 month. If the trial is successful, this service will be introduced...
