Hong Kong-based Xtep Sports has opened its first Indian flagship store, in Bengaluru. The Xtep group specialises in footwear and sportswear with 6,035 stores in 31 China provinces plus Vietnam, Nepal, Saudi Arabia and Spain. The company was founded by Ding Shui Po in 1999 as an original equipment manufacturer for global sports brands, with an own-label in 2002.
