Jean-André Rougeot is C.E.O. of Sephora Americas from February 4. He succeeds Calvin McDonald, who left in July to take the tiller at Lululemon Athletica. Rougeot was Head of Benefit Cosmetics for 12 years. He reports to Sephora’s global president and C.E.O. Christopher de Lapuente. Sephora and Benefit are both owned by LVMH.
