Involved in a sustained expansion strategy, the Emirati Lulu Group (revenue of US$8.1 billion in the last fiscal year via 152 stores plus a property business) plans to open 32 hypermarkets in 2019 in the GCC (Ghadeer, Yas Island, Falah, Sadiyat, Al Rahba, Samkha, Shahama, Reem Island and Abu Dhabi.) but also in Egypt, Indonesia and Malaysia.
