Neinver will start construction of the Amsterdam outlet centre (opening in 2018) once preparation work is completed. This will cover 18,000 sq.m GLA with 115 stores, including 1,000 sq.m for leisure, gardens and an area for children. Catchment area houses 12 million inhabitants living in a 90-minute drive.
