An array of international newcomers is announced in Moscow in the coming weeks. Dutch underwear brand Hunkemöller will open its doors in Mega Khimki, the British footwear chain L.K. Bennett will appear in Metropolis, and Israeli coffee shop Cofix will make a debut in Moscow. In the quarter to June 2016, vacancy rates for Moscow malls remained steady at 8%, with an expected 10% before December 2016 (source: JLL).
