As predicted on June 9th by the National Retail Federation, U.S. retail sales (online and offline) are expected to grow between 10.5% and 13.5% this year.

This is double the previous forecast, dated in February 2021, which expected U.S. retail growth to varying between 6.5% and 8.2%. These figures do not include restaurants, petrol or car sales.
