The British fashion discount retailer Primark, which has no online business, posted a total sales increase of 6% during the period of 40 weeks ending in June 23, 2018. Growth was driven by global expansion, as Primark added 7 stores in Europe with an additional 74,350 sq.m GLA. Sales from the first 4 Italian stores continue to be very strong.
