In the wake of Saks Fifth Avenue last month, the U.S. fashion retailer is now in advanced discussions withAditya Birla Fashion and Retail to enter India via a franchising agreement. The 1st store will open in the Emporio mall at Chanakyapuri (New Delhi) before December 2017. This mall belongs to Delhi Land & Finance, one of India’s largest retail property owners.
