Since 2018, with “Act for food”, Carrefour has been multiplying initiatives for environmentally friendly products with a strong price offer. What are your recent actions to reduce food waste?
Rami Baitiéh: For a little over a year, at the instigation of Alexandre Bompard, we have implemented the 1.8 – 0.8 rule at Carrefour.
