Auchan Retail is taking another step forward in the decarbonisation of Scope 3 emissions. Since August, the retailer has begun including smaller suppliers in the measurement of CO2 emissions. Majid Daki, Climate Project Manager at Auchan Retail, presented the group’s new initiative during the Produrable trade show.

On October 8, 2025, Auchan Retail (2024 revenue: €31.7 billion, up by 2.1% at constant rates) unveiled the first pilot projects to measure and reduce the carbon footprint of SME suppliers during the Produrable event in Paris.
