As the Christmas holiday approaches within a context of increasing online orders, the American property company Simon Property and Narvar, a major player in customer engagement on the Internet, have joined forces to facilitate online order returns. Their new service allows customers to register returns from around 30 partner brands, such as Levi’s and Gap but only within partner stores. “Despite our deep roots in e-commerce, we have always believed in the dynamism and power of physical retail,” said Amit Sharma, founder and C.E.O. of Narvar. Salesforce estimates there will be U$280 billion worth of returns in the Christmas season.
